Siren Song (Blood Singer Series #2)

Siren Song - Cat Adams Siren Song, the 2nd book in the Bloodsinger series, did not disappoint. I really enjoyed Blood Song and SIREN SONG was a great addition to a fun, fresh UF series.I am going to keep this short in hopes of not providing any more spoilers than the blurb/description for this book already did. Celia, having being attacked and bitten by a vampire in book 1, is undergoing court-ordered therapy for the events in Blood Song. However, now she has more to deal with that just being 1/2 vampire, seems she's also part Siren. Celia's life has always been full of trouble from minor mishaps to life & death situations. Now she finds out why. She's always just thought it was a serious case of bad luck, but turns out there's a lot more to it.We are treated to the return of several of Celia's friends in this book, which I was happy to see. But, not all of them are happy reunions or end well for her. Thankfully, she still has the companionship of her sister and best friend to help her along the way. Solving the mystery of what happened to them continues to be high on her list of things to-do.I'm looking forward to book 3, Demon Song and following Celia along as she tries to get over all she had to do in this book to save her friends.Major Frustration: I don't like that the book descriptions give a lot of the story for each book away. A little suspense between books isn't necessarily a bad thing. Those new to the series don't need to find out what happens in previous books just by reading the description of later books.
