Blood Cross picked up shortly after Skinwalker left off with Jane on contract to find the raiser of rogues. Molly and her children are staying with her. As always, Jane has people out for her and this time the Mol and the kids are caught in the middle.I was sort of disappointed that there wasn't more to the Jane/Beast story or her pre-human history. There was bit with her visiting Grandma, but other than that no more answers there.The sexual tension between Jane and Rick and Jane and Bruiser plays a bigger part than the previous book.
